TOA Engineering Services Corp. is a Canada-based company that has provided technical and operational assistance to the global steel industry since 1988. The TOA branding dates back to 2005 when the TOA Consulting Services Ltd. was formed. Together, the TOA Engineering and TOA Consulting companies offer services to the industry.
Our mission is to assist our clients to achieve enterprise success through improvement to their operations. TOA includes a multi-disciplinary team of specialists with vast experience and understanding in their fields that focus on producing “meaningful” operational improvements.
We believe that the success of our involvement comes through working with the owners, as one, in a team environment.
Since 2008, and working directly for key OEMs, TOA Engineering has either supervised the installation, commissioned or started up (completing the FATs) of more than 75 steel plants including melt shops, casters, plate and strip mills, tandem and reversing cold mills and scores of strip-finishing (including 20 CGL or CAL) lines in 13 separate countries.
